Infrared Sauna Therapy

Infrared sauna therapy is a versatile wellness tool suitable for individuals seeking relaxation, recovery, and a proactive approach to their health. Benefits include: detoxification, improved circulation, pain relief, relaxation, weight loss support, stress reduction, enhanced skin health, improved sleep, & enhanced muscle recovery 

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before Your Session

Skip makeup, lotions, and oils for the best experience. 


Wear a bathing suit or go nude inside your private sauna - whichever makes you most comfortable. You will have an entire private room for yourself. We provide each client with 3 towels - one body towel, one floor towel, and one cold eucalyptus towel.


New to infrared sauna? Start with 10-15 minute intervals and take short breaks. Sessions last a total of 40 minutes (you are booked for 50 minutes, to give you time to change before and after the session).

After Your Session

Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate 

You’ve just experienced a deep sweat session in an infrared sauna - your body needs to replenish fluids. Drink plenty of water or an electrolyte-rich beverage to rehydrate.


Nourish Your Body 

Enjoy a light, nutrient-dense meal or snack after your session. Foods rich in potassium and magnesium, like bananas, nuts, and leafy greens, can help replenish lost minerals.
