Why infrared
Infrared warms your body directly instead of heating the air around you. The heat is gentler than a traditional sauna, so you can stay in longer and breathe easy.
What to expect
Skip lotions, oils and makeup. We give you three towels: one for your body, one for the floor and a cold eucalyptus towel.
Each session is 50 minutes in your own private suite. New to infrared? Start with 10 to 15 minutes and take breaks.
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Grab an electrolyte drink at the front desk and eat something light with potassium and magnesium.
